Sizing: All items sold at Ashanti Reneé are unique pieces that range in size. Sizes will be noted on each picture description of the item online. If a clothing piece does not fit, please refer to our return & exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

Jewelry/Bags/Purses/Accessories: All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Clothing: If you are not completely satisfied with your Ashanti Reneé's online clothing purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, preferably United Parcel Service(UPS) . Your card will be promptly credited(less the initial shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be mailed to your shipping address. After 14 days of receipt of purchase, ALL CLOTHING SALES ARE FINAL.


Once an item is processed we ship using priority mail, which is 2-3 days (unless stated otherwise). Paypal issues you a tracking number, please use the tracking number to track down your item.

Method of Payment

All payments must be made through PayPal. Please find account information about PayPal on
